National Design Week
National Design Week takes place at Cooper-Hewitt from October 14–20 and is an initiative to draw national attention to the ways in which design enriches everyday life, through outreach to school teachers and their students, and partnerships with design organizations across the country.

Business leaders discuss how green design impacts their overall strategy and affects their bottom line.
National Design Awards Gala and After-Party
Thursday, October 18
Celebrate the 2007 National Design Awards at the annual ceremony, dinner, and After-Party. The People's Design Award winner will be announced at 10:00 p.m.
